# Slot State

While performing dialog actions we need to set the state of various slot also, so that intended slot hold intended values. 

Please find the slot state that Dhee supports using which you can define the states of a slot.

| Slot State       | Description                                              |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| NONE             | To expect a value from the slot                          |
| ANY              | Neutral sate / not expecting any value                   |
| USER\_DONT\_KNOW | User is aware of the slot                                |
| PRESENT          | Slot value is present                                    |
| VALUE            | Slot contain a particular value. For example, VALUE true |
| REGEX            | Slot value passes a certain REGEX condition              |
