# Output Spreadsheet

The developer has the option to design/configure the intent automation to *\_"Write to excel"\_* using the *\_Intent\&Automations->Skills/DSM\_*.

 If the developer has chosen to write the slots to an excel spreadsheet (at any stage in automation, though mostly this is done as an output operation), the spreadsheet could be accessed using the *\_Reports->Statistics->Output Spreadsheets\_* menu.

The title of the spreadsheet would be the intent name. The spreadsheet would contain the slot developer has selected to output.

Along with the selected slots, some context information would also be saved for future reference including

* Environment
* SessionId
* Username
* Contact Number
